Perfect for quick lunches or great for on-the-go picnic dinners, these Turkey Club Sliders are easy to make and transport really well.
Ingredients
12smallslider buns, toasted
8ouncesdeli turkey
12stripsbacon, crispy (optional)
2largeavocados, sliced thin
3mediumroma tomatoes, sliced
6slicesProvolone cheese, halved
Kosher salt
Dijonnaise Recipe:
½cupmayonnaise
2tablespoonsDijon mustard
Fresh black pepper
Instructions
Preheat broiler in your oven. Cut slider buns in half and add the bottom half to a baking sheet. Place under broiler and toast for 45-60 seconds, until lightly browned. I only toast the bottom, but you can do both sides if you like.
Make Dijonnaise by stirring together mayo and mustard and seasoning with pepper.
Make bacon crispy either in a skillet or bake it on some foil on a metal pan at 400˚F for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon in the center is crispy.
Assemble your sliders by adding some Dijonnaise to teh bottom bun of each slider. Top with provolone, turkey, bacon, avocado, and tomato. PLace the top bun on. Assemble all sliders.
Serve sliders immediately or cover and store in the fridge for 1-2 days.
