My new favorite lunch is these jam-packed wraps with deli turkey, lettuce, homemade croutons, Parmesan, and a creamy Caesar dressing. These are huge wraps and so delicious!
Ingredients
1largeflour tortilla
2-3cupsRomaine lettuce, finely chopped
1cupcroutons
¼cupdeli turkey, chopped
2-3ouncesParmesan cheese, Grated
¼cupCreamy Caesar Dressing
Black pepper, To taste
Homemade Croutons:
1slicesandwich bread
2tablespoonsolive oil
Salt and pepper
Granulated Garlic
Instructions
For croutons, chop bread and add to a skillet with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Saute over medium heat until bread is crispy, 3-4 minutes. Let croutons cool before adding to wrap.
Add lettuce, turkey, parmesan, and croutons to a cutting board and drizzle with some of the dressing. Start chopping the filling.
Chop filling until it's very finely chopped. Then transfer to a slightly warmed tortilla. Drizzle with more dressing.
Start folding the wrap by pressing the filling in and compressing it. Wrap it up tightly.
Once rolled up tightly, slice in half and serve immediately.
