Beef Jerky Snack Mix is a great quick, high-protein snack. I make mine with a variety of nuts and seeds, dried cranberries, beef jerky, and cheddar crisps!
Preheat oven to 300F˚. In a medium bowl stir together mixed nuts, sunflower seeds, and chopped beef jerky.
In a small bowl, melt butter and stir together with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Drizzle spice mixture over nuts and jerky. Stir to combine and spread out mixture on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bake the nuts and jerky at 300F˚ for about 15 minutes. Then remove and let cool.
When the mixture has cooled, stir in dried cranberries and cheddar cheese crisps.
Store beef jerky snack mix in an airtight container in the fridge for 7-10 days.
