A wonderful breakfast smoothie with an assortment of different fruits and vegetables. A great healthy way to start any day!
Equipment

Ingredients

ripe banana

cup
apple sauce
½
ripe pear
⅓
cup
pomegranate juice or cranberry juice
⅓
cup
orange juice

baby carrots

cup
packed fresh baby spinach
1
cup
frozen fruit

tablespoons
milled flax seeds

tablespoons
chia seeds
,
opt.

tablespoons
protein powder
,
opt.
Instructions
Add banana, peeled pear, apple sauce, and juices to a blender. Add carrots and spinach and top with frozen fruit.
Blend mixture until smooth. If needed, add a bit more liquid to get to blend well.
Add in seeds and protein powder if you’re using it and continue to blend.
Serve immediately!
