Tomatillos, garlic, and lots of fresh peppers make for an interesting twist on a classic pico de gallo salsa recipe.
Ingredients

pound
tomatillos
,
diced

jalapenos
Assorted peppers. I used a poblano
,
some red peppers, and a few peppers that I have no idea what they are called
2-3
cloves
garlic
1
lime
,
juice only
Salt and pepper

Avocados
,
for a guacamole that's out of this world
Instructions
Wash everything, dice it up, and add it to a bowl with the lime juice and a pinch of salt.
Make a fantastic guacamole by mushing up two avocados and mixing in a good amount of the pico de gallo.
