A quick dip that has beautiful colors and flavors. Perfect for a party!
Ingredients
1cuphummus
1cupGreek yogurt
1tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoongarlic powder
Pinchof salt
½green pepper, diced
½cucumber, seeded, peeled, and diced
½cupgrape tomatoes, diced
½cupKalamata olives, chopped
½cupartichoke hearts, chopped
⅓cupbanana peppers, chopped
⅓cupcrumbled feta cheese
Fresh parsley

Instructions
In a medium bowl, stir together hummus, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Spread that mixture out in an 8×8 baking dish or other serving dish.
Dice all the veggies and sprinkle them on the hummus base in any order you like. I like to end with crumbled feta and parsley on top.
