My simple step-by-step method shows you how to make whole grain mustard at home, it’s definitely worth the effort!

Ingredients

apple cider vinegar

brown mustard seeds
¼

yellow mustard seeds
¼
cup
beer

tablespoon
brown sugar or honey
½
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Add mustard seeds, vinegar, and beer to a glass container and let sit for at least 8 hours or up to two days.
Add sugar and salt and pulse mixture in a food processor until it reaches desired consistency.
Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a few weeks.
