Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, sriracha, and garlic. You can let this marinate overnight or just 30 minutes.
Cook this chicken in a skillet, like a cast iron skillet, until slightly charred and cooked through. You could also grill these if you wanted to!
Make the rolls by soaking the rice paper and layer in chicken and vegetables. Roll it up tight!
You could use any simple sauce for this. I mixed together some soy sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice.
